Boston Capital Acquires Affordable Multifamily Development in Metter, GA

September 27, 2007 – Boston Capital acquired Summer Trace Apartments, a to-be-built, 40-unit
multi family development in Metter, GA, located in Candler County. Boston Capital partnered
with Vantage Partners III, LLC, headquartered in Fyffe, AL, in the acquisition of Summer Trace
Apartments.

"Summer Trace Apartments adds another outstanding property to the Boston Capital portfolio,"

Located on a 5.14-acre site, Summer Trace Apartments will include seven two -story buildings
containing 40 townhouse-style apartments featuring 30 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom
units. Each unit will include two bathrooms, balconies and patios and washer/dryer hookups.

Amenities will include a community building, fitness center, playground, computer center, a
gazebo and a covered pavilion with grills and picnic tables. Located near Interstate-16, Summer
Trace Apartments will offer excellent access to healthcare, employment, community, retail and
emergency service centers.
