Boston Capital Investment Wins NAHB Pillars of the Industry Award for Best
Affordable Housing Community

April 19, 2007 – Boston Capital proudly congratulates its development partner, Columbia
Residential, on the occasion of Columbia Heritage Senior Residences in Atlanta, GA, winning
the National Home Builders Association (NAHB) Pillars of the Industry Award for Best
Affordable Housing community. The Pillars of the Industry awards, considered the
multifamily housing industry’s most prestigious, honor superior achievement in apartment
and condominium development, design, marketing and management.
