2) Detailed sources & uses.
3)Terms of all potential financing.
4) Detailed development budget.
5) Desired equity pay-in schedule.
6) 15-year operating pro forma.
7) Timeline of events including projected start of construction or rehab, completion date, lease-up schedule and 100% qualified occupancy date.
