Fusion provides us with detailed, nationwide, market information that assists us in
evaluating the real estate we underwrite, acquire and asset manage. The database system,
as well as regular communication with on-site management, serves as our primary resource
for overseeing the portfolio. We receive data on a monthly basis from our property
managers that enables us to monitor statistical information on construction progress,
rental activities and operations of each of our assets. Reports designed within the
system enable our staff to efficiently and effectively collect, analyze, report and follow
