About Fusion
Fusion provides detailed,
nationwide, market information that assists in evaluating the real estate we underwrite,
acquire and asset manage. The database system, as well as regular communication with
on-site management, serves as our primary resource for overseeing the portfolio. We receive
data on a monthly basis from our property managers that enables us to monitor statistical
information on construction progress, rental activities and operations of each of our
assets. Reports designed within the system enable our staff to efficiently and effectively
collect, analyze, report and follow up on all aspects of the real estate operations within
the portfolio. The reports include, but are not limited to, physical and qualified
occupancy, property operations, site visits, tax returns and financial audits, tracking and
fee collections. A combination of current data and an experienced and diverse management
team gives Boston Capital the ability to handle the real estate needs for any financial
investment or property transaction.
After several successful years of using
Fusion
to manage one of the largest LIHTC portfolios, Boston Capital launched a subsidiary,
Lexington Solutions,
to focus exclusively on making
Fusion
available to the entire LIHTC industry. To learn more about
