Management Team
Kevin P. Costello, Executive Vice President, Director of Institutional Investing, Boston Capital

Mr. Costello directs the functions of the Boston Capital Institutional Investment business. He has led this operational area since its inception in 1992, which encompasses investment activities for corporate institutional, private proprietary and state CRA funds. All investor services and communications to Boston Capital's corporate investors fall under his responsibility as well. Mr. Costello has over 25 years of experience in the real estate syndication and investment services industry including previous roles at Boston Capital managing the Affordable Housing Acquisition Team as well as being responsible for the structuring and distribution of conventional and tax credit private placements. Prior to the introduction of the corporate tax credit business, Mr. Costello was responsible for broker dealer due diligence and investor services for the Boston Capital public tax credit funds. He currently serves on the Executive Committee at Boston Capital. Prior to joining Boston Capital in1987, Mr. Costello held executive positions with real estate syndication and investment services firms.
Mr. Costello is a graduate of Stonehill College and received an MBA in Finance from the Rutgers Graduate School of Business Administration.
George Demoulias, Vice President, Boston Capital Energy

George Demoulias joined Boston Capital in January 2011 to lead Boston Capital Energy, which specializes in the financial structuring and monetization of tax credits related to renewable energy projects. Mr. Demoulias also investigates tax credit investment opportunities outside the energy field.
Prior to joining Boston Capital, Mr. Demoulias worked for 11 years at State Street Bank and Trust Company, primarily in its Tax Advantaged Investment Group. In this role, Mr. Demoulias invested State Street’s capital in affordable housing funds, film tax credits and renewable energy projects, which include wind, solar, landfill gas and biomass. While at State Street, Mr. Demoulias also managed a portfolio of oil and natural gas investments. He also has experience in refined coal projects, a new clean alternative option for coal utilities.
Mr. Demoulias previously served as a judge in the Ignite Clean Energy Competition and the Boston College Venture Capital Competition. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of New Generation Energy, a non-profit based in Boston, MA. Mr. Demoulias holds an MBA from Boston College and a BS from Bentley College.
