The primary multifamily rental property types targeted by BCRE are listed below. BCRE seeks the following attributes across each property type in which it develops or acquires:

Garden Style

Between one and four stories and containing several buildings.
Typically located outside central business districts and have a high degree of visibility and access. Amenities include a central clubhouse, general activity areas, a swimming pool and/or fitness area, and individual carports or garages.

Mid-Rise

Mid-rise projects are four to seven stories and are located in infill areas.
A mid-rise may have a small retail component on the first floor and typically includes a parking garage.

High-Rise

Typically over seven stories in height and located in large metropolitan infill areas where there is a scarcity of land available for development.
These assets should appeal to a certain urban demographic, such as professionals working in high cost of living areas who need access to downtown locations.
