Boston Capital established Boston Capital Real Estate Partners ("BCRE") in 2002 to

On behalf of its investors, BCRE is responsible for transaction sourcing, investment
analytics, coordinating and conducting market research and analysis, due diligence,
finance and accounting, asset management, investor reporting, risk management and
dispositions. BCRE negotiates with developers, sellers, operators and lenders to obtain
appropriate investment terms for each project. Ultimately, BCRE oversees the execution
of each investment through the acquisition, construction/renovation, lease-up,
asset management and disposition stages. BCRE uses its extensive relationships with
best-in-class national and regional management companies to perform day-to-day
property management.
BCRE's senior professionals have extensive experience in real estate acquisition,
investment, finance, asset management, construction and dispositions, having overseen,
in addition to BCRE's investments, in excess of $12 billion of multifamily and other
commercial property investments. The senior management group averages over 21 years
of real estate and finance experience. With extensive industry contacts, the group has
cultivated long-term relationships with national and regional multifamily developers, owners,
