Mr. DeAgazio oversees Boston Capital Securities, Inc., the FINRA-registered broker dealer affiliate of Boston Capital and distributor of its investment products. Mr. DeAgazio and his sales and marketing team travel the nation educating financial services professionals about Boston Capital's apartment Real Estate Investment Trust and Public Tax Credit Funds.

Mr. DeAgazio is a leader in the housing and financial industries, having served on the National Board of Governors of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), as well as many of its committees including the National Adjudicatory Council. He is past President of the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute and the National Real Estate Investment Association.

Since 1967, he has been a member of the Boston Stock Exchange. As a sought after speaker, Mr. DeAgazio has addressed major investment conferences, both nationally and internationally. In addition, he has been widely quoted in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and various other financial newspapers and magazines and has appeared on national television and radio, including NBC, CNN, CNBC and CNNFn. Mr. DeAgazio is a well respected leader in the community and serves on the boards of several Massachusetts charities, foundations, colleges and universities.

Mr. DeAgazio is a graduate of Northeastern University. He also holds an SRS (Specialist in Real Estate Securities) from the National Association of Realtors as well as an SRI (Specialist in Real Estate Investment) from the National Real Estate Investment Association.
